We are a family-owned business that was founded by a father and son duo who share a passion for providing quality construction services to investors. Our company was established with the mission of creating beautiful and functional accessory dwelling units (ADUs) that not only enhance the value of our clients’ properties but also provide additional income streams.
Our principal owner has over 40 years of experience in general contracting and property management, making him a seasoned professional in the field. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise that he brings to every project, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and results. Our co-founder is a firefighter at a local fire department, and his experience in emergency services has taught him the importance of safety in all aspects of construction and building science.
Our company’s bond stems from many years of shared hobbies, such as surfing and volleyball. We believe that these activities have taught us the importance of teamwork, communication, and dedication, which are all essential qualities for running a successful construction company.
